Chantal Doss - Founder & Director.

Hello, my name is Chantal and I have dedicated the past 18 years of my career to working as an exceptional education teacher. Throughout this time, I have gained invaluable experience and expertise working with diverse learners, including children with ADHD, Autism, developmental delays, communication difficulties and sensory support needs.

My passion for inclusive education led me to pursue higher education in the field. I earned a Bachelor of Education from the University of Western Sydney, followed by a Masters degree in Special and Inclusive Education from the University of Sydney. These academic achievements have provided me with a strong theoretical foundation and an in-depth understanding of effective teaching strategies for students with additional support needs.

In addition to my years of experience and formal education, I am currently pursuing a diploma in Creative Arts and Health at the University of Tasmania. This program allows me to integrate my passion for creativity and the arts into my teaching practice, fostering a holistic approach to education that promotes the well-being and development of my students.

Throughout my career, I have developed expertise in positive behaviour support strategies, enabling me to create a positive and supportive learning environment for my students. I am dedicated to crafting engaging and innovative learning programs tailored to the unique needs of each child.

As an educational leader, I am committed to providing empathetic advice and support to families who may be navigating the challenges associated with raising a child with special needs. I believe in encouraging exploration through play and fostering creativity through visual arts, as these experiences can enhance a child's development and self-expression.

I am a firm believer in quality pedagogy and individualised growth, and my teaching approach reflects this philosophy. I strive to create an inclusive society where every person feels valued and supported on their journey. My goal is to empower children and families to reach their full potential by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and support they need to succeed.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I am excited to continue making a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs and their families.
